What is Foam Board?

Foam board is a lightweight, foam centered rigid backing substrate that is commonly used for mounting photos and artwork in picture frames. Foamboard has a similar rigidity to corrugated cardboard, but is much nicer, lighter, whiter, and smoother to work with.

How is Foam Core Board Made?

Our eco-friendly foamboard is made of three different layers, with an internal layer of a dense, CFC-free polyurethane foam, surrounded both top and bottom with layers of smooth white, acid-free card paper. Foamboard is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Our foam boards come in a variety of pre-cut size options and are professionally cut-to-size on our industrial CMC machinery here in Australia by Profile.

All boards are 5mm thick, lightweight and ideal for support backings for picture framing.

All products are shipped directly to you from our warehouse and professional framing workshop, located in Sydney.

We can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $14.95 flat rate per order for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.

FREE SHIPPING is offered for orders totally over $150, excluding WA, NT and TAS.

Shipping to WA, NT and TAS at $26.95 flat rate per order. Note that there may be restrictions to our Free Shipping policy for larger sized framed prints being delivered to remote and regional locations.

PRODUCTION TIMES FOR NORMAL TRADING PERIODS

We can supply most products such as photo albums, metal picture frames, and body & bath products, packed and dispatched within 1-3 days orders placed.

Some picture frames are made-to-order in our workshop in Sydney. Please allow a standard production time of 1-2 weeks for these orders to be produced.
